The school explains that the curriculum's 26 credits in SCM includes four credits in project management and a four-credit professional paper. The paper will come at the end of the course of study and is designed to demonstrate the ability to apply advanced SCM knowledge to a supply chain-related problem or situation.

All courses are developed and presented by Penn State faculty. Applications for admission will be available online beginning on July 9 with a cutoff of August 1. Students for the MPS/SCM degree program must be admitted to both the program and Penn State's Graduate School. For details on admission requirements, visit www.smeal.psu.edu/mps.
